The territory of Filattiera is very vast and enchanting, it reaches the right bank of the river Magra, poised between the mountains and hills. The landscape is characterized by a typical agricultural land, consisting downstream from ancient river terraces still used for forage and corn. We can find small paeselli with homes typically built with stone river. Going to the most mountainous landscape changes to embracing the Apennine classics and then the forests of chestnut and beech together by meadows where we still see flocks graze.
